Beth is the Managing Editor at Body+Mind. She is passionate about writing about parenting, nutrition, mental health and fitness. In her spare time, Beth enjoys going for runs with her dog and trying out new recipes.

I am first and foremost a woman who is passionate about loving on people where they are. I am also a mother of 2 toddlers who also tries to teach her kiddos about love for others! I currently stay at home but enjoy volunteering as much as possible. I am kept busy every day with all of our pets and my littles running around nonstop. When I have “down time”, you can find me biking, hiking, or snuggling and watching a good TV show (probably enjoying some chocolate). I love being able to raise my babies at home, but I will also be the first to say that this job isn’t easy!

Hey local mommas! I grew up in Centerville, OH but I now live in Wilmington, OH with my husband Tony. Together we have 6 kids, Joe, and his wife Allison, Austin, and his wife Hannah, Sydney and her husband Hayden, Andrew and his wife Lauren and our littles, Max and Eli. Did I mention we are a little nuts starting over with this parenting thing when we are 45+? We are officially adding new titles to our names in 2022- Tiki and Jeep (our version of Grandma and Grandpa). My husband and I are both ministers, and we get to work together in a local church. We were both married before and brought our families together in 2010. After a few years of marriage we felt God's leading for us to adopt. We added Max to our family in 2014 and Eli joined us in 2017, our quiver is officially full! Blending our family has been an adventure! Add some ex-spouses and two birth mommas and we have ourselves a crazy crew! Coffee is my love language. The beach is my happy place and I long to have my toes in the sand. I'm a married mom to a lively 3.5-year-old son, and after spending two wonderful years as a stay-at-home mom, I made a brief but meaningful stop as an assistant preschool teacher. A few months ago, I transitioned back to full-time work as an office manager at an exhibit company. Outside of work, my son and I love hiking, fishing, and diving into creative projects. I was born in New York and lived in several states before settling down in the Midwest! I have an interracial family that consists of my amazing and talented husband (Derek) and our beautiful, silly daughter (Adilyn {2009}). I work full-time in human resources in addition to owning the Cincinnati, Dayton, & Louisville Mom Collectives, write and illustrate children's books (search "Courtney Jayne Snow" on Amazon), love to volunteer, and am a registered and certified nutritional consultant (RNC/CNC). I still do my best to be the best mom and wife I can be! I love art museums, the theatre, the zoo, reading, and parks. I'm a foodie and always love trying new places to eat. I spent a lot of time in Louisville since my teens and absolutely love the city and the people in it! I hope other moms find either enlightenment or humor from my posts! I am a TN native who graduated from MTSU with a B.S. in Construction Management. I met my husband on eHarmony and decided to relocate to his hometown in Louisville, KY. I was in the construction field for eight years, during which I graduated from ERAU with my Masters in Project Management. I decided to pause my career to focus on my three boys who are now 8, 5, and 4 as well as our two dogs.

I am a hot-mess homeschooling mom to three adventure-loving kids. Our family loves exploring Louisville’s beautiful natural areas and parks, as well as selecting large stacks of books from one of the city’s fantastic libraries. I am a big introvert, but if you want to get me talking, bring up my passions of children’s literature or breastfeeding. I could go on for hours! When I get a rare quiet moment to myself, I like to savor it with a cup of locally roasted coffee and either a classic novel or a black and white movie.

Hi, I’m Madi! I’m a mama of 4 beautiful babies; Aubree age 7, Jackson age 6, Willow age 4 & Solomon age 2 months. I became a mama at the age of 17 back in 2016. Since then, I have overcome many adverse situations. I’m not your typical 25-year-old, or typical mama, but I have a lot of love for my babies!

Olivia is a mother to two fur babies, Lucy and Frank, and one four-month old human baby, Jack. She is currently training for a fall 2021 marathon, working full time from home, and taking a full load of doctoral classes at Bellarmine University. She enjoys home cooked meals, trying new restaurants, and running with her friends when there isn't a pandemic. In her free time, Olivia plays catch up with housework and falls asleep on the couch.

My name is Sarah, and I recently moved to Louisville from Michigan - But, I am originally from Southern CA. I am a mother to 6 babes, but only 2 of them have made it Earthside. My former profession was a non-profit HR Director before transitioning to being a full-time SAHM and teaching my daughter in a homeschool setting. I have a non-profit to support families through their own infertility journeys. Shahrzad Javid is a full time working single mommy of a beautiful six year old daughter. Being a social butterfly and obsessing about the details in any special occasion has translated into her being “that Mommy”, celebrating anything possible. She prides herself on being an open book, discussing her traumas, as helping others pushes her to constantly be stronger. Self love, her daughter, family, friends and all areas of health continue to be at the forefront of her life. Each day is beautifully chaotic in her busy life!

Sydney Ross is a wife and mother of 3. Sydney is a stay at home mom, that was born and raised in Louisville, Ky. She is the creator of The Motivated Mama parent support group. She creates content to help parents which can be found on Facebook, TikTok and Podcasts. In her free time, Sydney works with local non profit Play Cousins Collective and she is also on the Ready for K Community Council board. Sydney enjoys spending her days with her children. She is very hands on and creates lots of fun activities and experiences for her children.
